PAGEANT UPDATES: South African delegate to Miss World 2012 appointed!


Twenty-three year-old Remona Moodley (photos) was appointed by the Miss SA Organization to represent South Africa in Miss World 2012 scheduled to be held in China on August 18. She was the first runner-up of Miss South Africa 2011, Melinda Bam.

Moodley, who stands 1.70 m.tall, is from Cape Town.

Meanwhile, Melinda Bam, the original representative declined her Miss World participation due to personal reasons.
