Nineteen year-old Cynthia Duque (photo) emerged as the grand winner of Nuestra Belleza Mexico 2012-2013 pageant held on September 1. The beauty from Nuevo Leon stands 1.75 m. tall, will represent Mexico at Miss Universe 2013.
