Twenty-five year-old Joy-Ann Biscette was crowned Miss St. Lucia Universe 2011 in a pageant event held at the Sandals Grande St. Lucian Resort in Gros Islet on June 11, 2011.
She will represent Saint Lucia in Miss Universe 2011 in Sao Paulo, Brazil this September.
Patrice Lionel was the first runner-up and Katrina Scheper was the second runner-up.
