ENTERTAINMENT PARADISE: American Idol finalist Pia Toscano signs with Interscope Records!

American Idol Season 10 finalist Pia Toscano has signed a record deal with Interscope Records, Entertainment Weekly reports.


A spokesperson for Pia Toscano confirmed that the season 10 ninth-place finisher has signed a recording deal with Interscope Records. Her debut album will come out later this year, and her first single, “This Time” — an acoustic guitar and beat-driven track by Ester Dean — will drop July 12 just in time for Toscano to perform it as part of her set on this summer’s American Idols LIVE! tour.

Toscano was considered to be the front runner in American Idol Season 10 but was surprisingly eliminated, placing 9th overall. American Idol Season 10 winner is Scotty McCreery.
