A model who has been linked to the Philippine Football team Azkals’ alleged rape scandal has surfaced. The model named Amanda Coling (photo) is the alleged mystery girl in the Philippine Azkals sex scandal. She, however, refused to comment on the Azkals case or confirm the rumors pending consultation with her lawyer. Her reason for coming out is due to harassment she has been allegedly subjected to because of the Azkals rumor.
The model complained to several members of the media that she has been dropped from the FHM 100 Sexiest victory party at the World Trade Center tonight because of the Azkals controversy. According to her, she had been practicing with a group of other models for this affair but was told yesterday that she would not be included in the event anymore. Despite this, she still showed up for the last practice session. However, she was again approached by a member of the FHM organizers to tell her she had been dropped.
“I feel I am being harassed. I mean, why is my job being taken away from me? This is my job,” she said. However, when questioned on who asked her to be dropped from the FHM event, she would not say who. And when asked if this is connected with the Azkals controversy, this is what she had to say: “You tell me, do you think it has something to do with the Azkals? Would you be here interviewing me if my name was not being linked to the Azkals?”
And when asked further if the rumor about the Azkals is true, she begged off and said she would have to ask her lawyer about it.

Four members of the Philippine Azkals team were accused of sexual misconduct a few days ago. However, no victim came forward. Instead, the allegation came from a certain Paul Weiler who said Neil Etheridge, Anton del Rosario, Simon Greatwich and Jason Sabio were allegedly involved in the incident. The four have since denied the issue.
FHM refused to comment on the harassment allegation.
UPDATE: The Philippine Azkals management is thinking of suing the source of the rape rumor. “I’ve asked the lawyers to check if we’ll have sufficient basis for action,” said team manager Dan Palami.
“They have a different version to tell. So I said, let’s stop this,” he added. Palami said the rumor’s source was Paul Weiler, a German national claiming to be a consultant of the Philippine Football Federation. However, This has been denied by the PFF.
