PAGEANT UPDATES: Vietnamese stunner crowned Miss World Vietnam 2011!


Twenty-one year-old Victoria Phạm Thuý Vy (photo) was selected and crowned by Elite Vietnam to represent Vietnam in Miss World 2011 to be held in London, England on November 6.


The 1.71. m. tall beauty was named second runner-up at Miss Vietnam World 2010 pageant. Her selection was approved by the Performance Arts Department of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Thuý Vy is a student of Business Administration at the University of California-Berkeley.
