PAGEANT UPDATES: American beauty wins Miss Intercontinental 2011!


ORIHUELA, Spain - Miss USA, Jessica Hartman, (center) was crowned Miss Intercontinental 2011 in a pageant conlusion held at Circus Theatre in City of Orihuela, Spain. The 20-year-old, five-foot-ten beauty from Colorado was crowned by her predecessor, Maydelise Columna.

Hometown favorite Gloria Martinez (left) was named first runner-up while Miss Jamaica, Chavoy Gordon, (right) placed 2nd runner-up.

Intercontinental beauties were: Miss Ethopia Bethlem Hailu Legrese (Miss Intercontinental Africa) , Miss China, Gong Rui (Miss Intercontinental Asia), Miss USA Jessica Hartman (iss Intercontinental Americas), Miss Spain Gloria Martinez (Miss Intercontinental Europe) and Miss Jamaica, Chavoy Gordon (Miss Intercontinental Caribbean).

Hartman was former Miss Colorado USA 2010 and third runner-up at Miss USA 2010.
