PAGEANT UPDATES: Miss World South Sudan 2011 is Atong de Mach!


JUBA, South Sudan - 23 year-old Atong de Mach was crowned Miss World South Sudan 2011 in a pageant held at the capital city Juba, September 30. The 1.80 m. tall beauty will represent the newest independent nation of South Sudan in Miss World 2011 finals scheduled to be held in London, November 6.

De Mach, who was raised in Juba, previously represented her country at Miss Earth 2010 held in Vietnam. This year marks the first participation of South Sudan in Miss World pageant.
