ENTERTAINMENT PARADISE: American Idol star David Archuleta arrives in the Philippines!

MANILA, Philippines - American Idol star David Archuleta finally arrived in the Philippines to do a primetime TV series where he is the main protagonist.

The AI Season 7 runner-up arrived at Ninoy Aquino International Airport around 6 a.m. January 13, 2012.

Present at the airport were TV 5 contract stars Jasmine Curtis Smith and Eula Caballero who gave their warmest greetings to the newest network star. Also present in the airport are the press and of course, Archuleta's Filipino fans.

This is not the first time Archuleta arrived in the Philippines. He has already performed in the country in 2009, 2010, and 2011. But this is his first time to do a TV series.
