PAGEANT UPDATES: Miss England 2012 is Charlotte Holmes!


Charlotte Holmes, (center) a 23-year-old from Devon county has been crowned Miss England 2012. The 1.75m tall beauty will represent her country at Miss World 2012 to be held in Orods, China on August 18. 

Anastasia Smith and Tamzin Cummings were named first and second runners-up respectively. Completed the top five were Amy Willerton, and Caroline Welch.
