CHIZMAXX: Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth finally got married!

Reese Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth during their engagement ring shopping.

Oscar-winning actress Reese Witherspoon and 40-year old Hollywood talent agent Jim Toth finally exchanged their vows in a Southern-themed private wedding ceremony held on Saturday, March 26th at Witherspoon's estate in Ojai, California, reports People.
Celebrities in attendance were Robert Downey Jr., Salma Hayek, Tobey Maguire, and Renee Zelwegger. Also in attendance are Witherspoon’s 11-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son from her marriage to Ryan Phillippe. 

One hundred forty guests were in attendance.

Witherspoon and Toth were engaged last December.
