PAGEANT UPDATES: Miss Universe Germany 2011 is Valeria Bystritskaya!


Valeria Bystritskaya, 25, (center) was crowned Miss Universe Germany 2011 in a pageant finale held in Berlin, July 6. She will represent Germany in Miss Universe 2011 in Sao Paulo, Brazil on September 12.
