Zeddie Little, dubbed as "Ridiculously Photogenic Guy". |
Zeddie Little, a 25-year-old guy who was labeled as "Ridiculously Photogenic Guy" during the 10k run in Charleston, South Carolina, is now a worldwide sensation.
Little was photographed by a random spectator (photographer Will King) while running a 10K race in his hometown in South Carolina two weekends ago. The photo was later posted on King's Flickr account and it garnered almost two million hits from around the globe.
The image, in which he does look ridiculously photogenic, has spawned
a hilarious and good-natured Internet meme that went viral enough to
land the Brooklyn resident on "Good Morning America" Wednesday.

He sat down with host Robin Roberts and King, who he did not know
prior to the photo phenomenon, to talk about his sudden web fame.
"I find the humor in all of it," said Little, who goes by his middle
name Watkins. "I kind of feel honored to be part of a joke that is in
good spirits because sometimes the Internet can be vicious."
Little said he was waving at friends on the sidelines when King
happened to capture the sun-kissed portrait of him racing along in a
purple t-shirt.
"He was just looking straight at the camera, the sun was hitting his
hair as it was blowing in the wind, he was just an all-around photogenic
guy," King said.

The big reveal of the interview was Little's announcement that he will run in November's ING New York City marathon with the John Ritter Foundation for Aortic Health.
