PAGEANT UPDATES: Miss Ukraine 2012 is Karina Zhironkyna!


KIEV, Ukraine - Miss Ukraine 2012 pageant was held at Kiev National Opera Theatre last March 30. Twenty-one-year-old Karina Zhironkyna (photo) emerged as the winner. The beauty from Kharkov stands 1.77 m. tall and will represent Ukraine at Miss World 2012 in Ordos, China this August.

Odessa's Olga Rubanova, Margarita Ivaschenko from Sevastopol and Natalia Dunich from Lvov placed second, third and fourth respectively. Miss Photogenic went to Alyona Gurskaya.
